We are a team of highly experience coaches, most with over 15 years in our coaching role. Our coaching team brings more than just deep expertise in leadership development—we’ve walked in the shoes of the leaders we support. With extensive experience not only as professional coaches but also as senior leaders across a range of industries, we understand the real-world pressures and complexities our clients face. This dual perspective allows us to tailor our approach to each organization’s context, delivering practical, results-driven support. Whether navigating change, scaling teams, or building a leadership pipeline, we draw on a broad set of skills and experiences to help leaders succeed in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
Keepers is led by Daniel O’Connor, M.Ed. CHRP, a sought-after coach with over 30,000 hours of leadership coaching experience. Over his 30 years as a coach, Daniel has worked with scores of companies to support the growth and development of their top talent and emerging leaders.Daniel has coached clients from the level of new managers all the way to presidents and CEOs. Current clients include senior leaders at Deloitte, CIBC, Mastercard, KPMG, BDO and RSA.
Daniel is also an award-winning filmmaker with two feature films, a TV pilot and numerous shorts and commercials to his credit. His experience on set managing a large crew in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment has enabled Daniel to test and hone his own leadership capabilities.
